Whereabites is a growing platform, and while we've thoroughly tested the site, we understand that occasional bugs can slip through. If you run into anything, get in touch through our Contact Us form - customer emails are prioritized, and we'll do our best to resolve issues quickly.

We're always eager to hear your thoughts too. If you have suggestions for features or improvements, we'd love to hear from you.

We understand Whereabites might not be the right fit for everyone, and that's okay. You can cancel your subscription at any time - there are no minimum term contracts.

When you cancel, your account stays active until the renewal date, at which point it's deactivated and you won't be billed again.

We believe our current pricing is affordable and fair for the features we offer now and those we plan to introduce. We have no plans to increase the price of your current plan - the features you're enjoying today will remain available at the same rate indefinitely.

In the future, as we add more advanced features - such as letting customers place orders directly with vendors - there may be a new, optional plan alongside the original one. To be clear, we will never raise the price of your existing plan.
